Users will be notified via their registered email address before any inactivity fee is applied. Accounts with a zero balance may be closed following a period of inactivity.

In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and bonus-specific terms, the bonus-specific terms shall prevail for that particular offer.

All bets placed on the 888win Platform are subject to acceptance by 888win at its sole discretion. 888win reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at any time, including after placement, where: the bet was placed on erroneous odds resulting from a technical or human error; the market outcome was already determined at the time of bet placement; the bet forms part of a suspicious pattern of wagering.
Sports betting odds on the Platform are updated in real time and are subject to change prior to bet confirmation. Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed by the system. 888win is not liable for any discrepancy between odds displayed prior to and at the point of confirmation resulting from real-time market fluctuations.
In the event of a technical malfunction affecting a game, bet, or transaction on the Platform, 888win will investigate the incident and reserves the right to void affected bets or transactions. "Lucky errors" — instances where a system malfunction results in an inaccurately high payout — will not be honoured, and any incorrectly credited amounts will be recouped from the User's Account.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
